The Tecnifibre Carboflex NEO 120 is the lightest model in the revamped Carboflex line and it is built around one thing: swing speed. In squash you have little space and even less time to react, which is exactly why the acceleration of your racket determines how much pace you finally put on the ball. TecniLAB analysed hundreds of swings and translated that data into a frame that moves noticeably faster through your stroke. With a frame weight of 120 grams and a head size of 500 cm², the Tecnifibre Carboflex NEO 120 is the top model for players who want to set the pace.

The biggest gain sits in the head. X-TOP NEO drops the classic bumper completely: instead of a plastic protective strip, the frame gets aramid fibres against impact and a PTFE treatment against abrasion, with grommets integrated flush into the profile. The result is a sleek, closed frame that glides more easily along the wall and meets less air resistance. The redesigned grommets also take extra weight out of the head, which makes the swing weight of the Tecnifibre Carboflex NEO 120 seven points lower than the previous generation. You feel it straight away on quick volleys and on defensive shots from the back corners.

Where the head has become lighter, the throat has become stronger. Heart Tech stands for a new shaft mould that is 3% thicker at the heart of the racket. That extra material thickness makes the shaft more reactive: less energy is lost in flex and more goes into ball speed, so you generate more power for the same effort. Because the dead plastic in the head has been replaced by active fibres, vibrations stay limited as well. The Tecnifibre Carboflex NEO 120 therefore combines a light, manoeuvrable frame with a clearly noticeable punch.
