CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Squashpoint.com purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the order being received. Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. If you are returning your product within the cooling-off period, the full cost of the product and shipping paid will be refunded to you, however the shipping cost associated with returning the product to us will not be refunded.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. 
  1. Please inform our customer support by e-mail about the items that you wish to return;
  2. Hand over your return to any logistic partner. Please obtain proof of posting / adequate insurance for all returns. Return shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and responsibility.

After we have received your return in our warehouse we will send you an email with a receipt confirmation.

I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
Your money is automatically refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase:

Credit card:
If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card.

PayPal:
If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse, and you should usually receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving this email.

Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
