If you have purchased a product and are not fully satisfied with it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. How can I return my product?
If you want to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com or use the model form for cancellation. The next step is to hand over the item to any logistics partner. Please obtain proof of posting / adequate insurance for all returns: the shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and under your responsibility. That is why it is important to request a proof of shipment so that you can prove that you have actually sent the item.

Which conditions apply for exchanges and returns?
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and pays for it (this does not apply if the delivered product is damaged or if you have received a wrong item). Feel free to view the product as you would do in a store. For example: you can remove a racket from the protective cover but please do not play squash with it and do not remove the plastic protective film from the handle. Such use of items which goes beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics and correct functioning means that the buyer is responsible for their deterioration.
Will I get my paid shipping costs back if I return my order?
If you return the entire order, you will get the shipping costs back. If you keep one or more products, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Within how many days do I need to return the item?
You can keep a product at home for 30 days to decide whether you want to keep it. From the moment you let us know that you want to return a product you still have 30 days to return it.
When will I receive the refund?
We will refund the full purchase amount as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the revocation of the agreement, provided that the product is unused / unworn. We may wait until we have received the items back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the items. We will pay you back with the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for the reimbursement.
