I have received a broken or damaged product. What happens now?
This is very annoying and we try to prevent this by checking the quality of each product before shipping. If you, however, have received a broken or damaged product from us, please contact our customer service and we will resolve the situation immediately.
What is my warranty period?
If you make a purchase at Squashpoint you are entitled to legal guarantee. The legal guarantee means that the product you buy must be reliable. You must be able to use the product for a certain period of time without any problems. Even after the expiry of this period it is possible that the factory warranty still applies. For questions about specific cases, please contact our customer service.
How can I make a complaint about a product?
We place great value on the quality of our products and the service that we offer you as a customer. We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. That is why we advise you to send an email to our customer service if you have a complaint about a product. Include a few photos, the complaint and the order number. We will then contact you within 2 working days to find a solution. If we cannot find a solution based on the photos we will ask you to send the product to us. In case you were not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not intend to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a dispute resolution body.
